Freya arrived at the shelter together with her two kittens after being found protecting them during a heavy rainstorm. Soon after, she became a mother not only to her own babies, but also to two orphaned kittens who needed care. She lovingly raised all four kittens, and each of them found a forever home ❤️

When she arrived at the shelter, she was already suffering from a serious eye injury. Despite treatment and surgery, the eye could not be saved and eventually had to be removed.

It is clear that she once had a home and lived closely with people. Sadly, as nobody ever came looking for her, it seems she may have been abandoned before reaching the shelter.

Despite everything she has been through, she never lost her trust in humans. She is gentle, affectionate, loves attention, and is always happy to receive a brush and a few kind words.

Now she is starting a new chapter at Paws For A Moment and it already feels like she has always been part of this furry family.
